Official 2023 Holiday Sweepstakes Rules
1. Contest Sponsors
Team Romines at Keller Williams Realty (Team Romines) “2023 Holiday Sweepstakes” is sponsored by Team Romines Realty (Rochelle Romines and Andrew Romines) who are solely responsible for all aspects of the "2023 Holiday Sweepstakes”.
2. Contest Description
The Contest is a random drawing among all eligible entries during the contest period. The sweepstakes prize(s) are 1 (one)-$100 Amazon Gift Card and 4 (four)-$25 Amazon Gift Cards.
3. Contest Period
The contest period is from December 4, 2023-December 18, 2023. Qualifying entries received by the Team Romines through Discover Middle Tennessee YouTube Channel during this entry period and will be entered into the random drawing. The sweepstakes is limited to one (1) entry per person. Drawing will be held on December 19, 2023, or shortly after the contest end date and a winner will be notified within two weeks of the contest closing.
4. Eligibility
The contest is open to all persons 18 years of age or older residing in the United States. One Entry per person. Entry’s made by real estate professionals or mortgage lenders acting in their professional capacity are not eligible. Family and employees of the contest sponsors, such employees’ immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are living are excluded from this contest. The term “immediate family members” includes partners/significant others/spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Sponsors’ decisions about eligibility and the winner will be final. Winners must provide name, valid phone number, and valid email address to receive prize. Entries that don’t comply will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter
There is one way to enter the “2023 Holiday Sweepstakes”: 1.) Subscribe to Discover Middle Tennessee YouTube Channel and; 2.) Like a minimum of 5 videos and; 3.) Comment "DONE" in the Comment Section of our Giveaway Video located on the Discover Middle Tennessee YouTube Channel. One entry will be made for every qualifying entry during the contest period. Limited to one entry per person. Sponsors will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or unreadable entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsors.
6. Drawing
The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries selected by Team Romines. All decisions of the random drawing are final and binding.
7. General
This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws. Federal, state and local tax liability, titling and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of prizewinners. Void where restricted and prohibited. No purchase necessary in order to participate.
8. Release and Acknowledgement
In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Team Romines, Rochelle Romines, Andrew Romines, Keller Williams Realty Spring Hill/Columbia, and Keller Williams Realty may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). By participating in this Contest, each entrant affirms that s/he is at least 18 years of age, accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release YouTube, sponsors, its employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Prize winner, by acceptance, also agrees that Team Romines can use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for marketing and advertising purposes of Team Romines, and consumer promotions in any media throughout the universe in perpetuity without additional compensation, incentive, consideration, consent, or review.
