What We’re Looking For:
· Active real estate license in Tennessee or a motivated individual committed to obtaining their license within 30 days and pursuing a rewarding career in real estate
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate.
· Experience in real estate is a plus, but we welcome ambitious new agents with a willingness to learn.
· Proficiency with CRM tools, social media, and real estate technology is a bonus.
· Available evenings and weekends.
